Military Photographs and Certificate, October 1945
Scope and Contents
This folder contains three black-and-white photographs and a blank certification, which identifies the signatory as a member of the Solemn Mysteries of the Ancient Order of the Deep. Two of the photographs feature the February 1944 class from the U.S. Naval Training Station in Great Lakes, Illinois. One of these class rosters features a list of trainees written on the back of the photograph. The third photograph features officers and enlisted Navy men assembled for the USS West Virginia (BB-48) ship roster photograph in San Diego under the Command of Captain R. W. Holsinger.
