Unaddressed Letter on Edward M. Doran’s Service History, 1996
Scope and Contents
Contains a four-page letter typed on yellow legal paper and a copy printed on white 8" x 11" paper. The letter is unaddressed and written by Edward M. Doran. Retired Commander Doran’s purpose in writing this letter is to find out more information about the supposed midget submarine that managed to sneak into Pearl Harbor during the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. The letter also contains auto-biographical information about his service history with the United States Navy.
