Contains the cover page of a scrapbook with an embossed gold title and imagery of Pearl Harbor. The recto of the cover page features a large black-and-white photograph of the USS West Virginia (BB-48) burning on December 7, 1941, after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The photograph was published in an unknown newspaper by the Associated Press.
