The Charles Stasny collection contains war-related photographs and family photos, various newspaper clippings, publications, newsletters, postcards, correspondence, battle songs, and military documents pertaining to Charles Stasny, a Radioman for the United States Navy. Additionally, it includes a range of materials such as professional and personal correspondence, a typed document detailing significant dates from 1942-1945, memorabilia like a vessel beer ticket, wartime cartoons, and a service guide for new Navy personnel. Biographical / Historical

Charles H. Stasny, 1921-2014, was a Radioman (RM) in the United States Navy, where he had the privilege of working aboard several notable vessels, including the USS McCawley, the USS President Jackson, the USS Appalachian, and the USS Harry Lee.

Stasny married Mary Anne Stasny, with whom he had four children.
